Help to improve maternity services - 11th Jan 2013

Local women who have had a baby in the last five years are being invited to be part of a user forum to help improve maternity services at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides midwifery care to women living in and around York, North Yorkshire, North East Yorkshire and Ryedale – an area covering 3,400 square miles.
Women can choose to give birth at York Hospital, Scarborough Hospital or at home...

Introducing the service that allows you to choose which hospital or clinic you want to attend when you need to see a specialist.

You will also be able to select the date and time of your first outpatient appointment to fit around your home and work commitments.

In most cases, you will be able to agree that appointment on the same day you see your GP.
